About Us
Spectrum Strategies, Inc. is a full service consulting practice providing new business development and project management support services to cable TV operators, telephone companies, electric utilities, transportation authorities, and private network operators.
Spectrum Strategies began operations in 1990. We have experienced, first hand, the dramatic growth in the telecommunications industry, and its recent retreats and retrenchments. We’re happy to say that most of our clients benefited from the upside, and survived the downturns with minimal damage, mostly because they were prepared. Much of the Spectrum Strategies success is directly attributable to the extensive practical field experience of its principals and associates in installing operating telecommunications networks.
All Telecommunications Consultants in Spectrum Strategies' project teams have been directly involved in the hands-on construction and operation of fiber optic, coax, copper, and wireless telecommunications networks. All members have also served in senior supervisory technical administrative rolls for common carrier, telephone, and/or cable TV operators, ensuring that the networks are maintained to industry specifications. Many have served at the Director or VP level for network business/financial operations.
Spectrum Strategies is an independent Telecommunications Consulting firm and is not directly affiliated with any equipment manufacturer. However, we do maintain close communications relations with many manufacturers to keep our knowledge base up to date on new industry developments. Promising new technologies are given consideration in any plans and strategies for development of new or expanded networks.
Spectrum Strategies focuses network development strategies toward tried and proven technologies, with allowances made for new technologies that have merit based on reasonable and logical interpretations of the properties of physics.
